These terms cover your use of hvacaigroup.com and the Hot Spot Fix from HVAC AI Group ("we," "us"). By using this site, filling out a form, booking a call, or paying, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for a business, you're telling us you're allowed to agree for that business.

1. What the Hot Spot Fix is

The Hot Spot Fix is a 30-minute video call (your Shop Load Calc) where we look at how your shop runs, followed by your Custom Fix, a written plan we send within 7 days of the call. Your Custom Fix names your biggest hot spot, the ways to fix it, which tools can do it, and what it's worth to your shop. You also get the ranked hot spot list and the Claude Starter Kit and Setup Guide.

The Hot Spot Fix is a plan. We don't build or install the fix as part of it. You can build it yourself, hand it to anyone you like, or hire us to build it with you. Building it with us (The Full Install) is a separate service with its own price and agreement.

2. Price and payment

The Hot Spot Fix is a one-time payment of $2,000, unless the page you bought from shows a different price. You pay up front through Stripe. There's no contract and no repeat charge. You also agree to Stripe's terms when you pay.

3. Free spots

Each week, the first 2 HVAC businesses that fill out the form at hvacaigroup.com/apply get the Hot Spot Fix at no cost. The week starts Monday at 12:00 a.m. Pacific time. One free spot per business. We can turn down or cancel a free spot if the business isn't a HVAC business, the form uses false information, or the business already had one.

When the free spots are taken, the form shows a $1,000 price for the same Hot Spot Fix. That price is good for 72 hours from when it's shown. The spot counter on the page is there to help you. If our systems are down, it may be wrong or missing, and we'll email you with your next step.

4. Booking your call

You pick your time on our scheduling page. To change it, use the link in your confirmation email. If you miss the call, email us and we'll work out a new time.

5. Our guarantee and refunds

The Hot Spot Fix Guarantee. Within 7 days of your Shop Load Calc, your Custom Fix will name your biggest hot spot, show at least one way to fix it with tools you can use, and estimate what it's worth to your shop. If it doesn't, email ckemenesi.inbox@gmail.com within 14 days of getting your plan. We'll set a short call to go over it, and we'll refund your full payment on that call.

All sales are final unless we don't meet this guarantee. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Free spots have no payment, so there's nothing to refund.

6. Estimates are not promises

Numbers on this site and in your plan, including the calculator, are estimates based on what you tell us and on industry data. They are not promises. Your results depend on your shop, your market, and what you do with the plan. Product screens on this site are examples, not client results.

7. Your part

Give us honest answers and show us how things really run, so your plan fits your shop. You decide what to build and which tools to buy. Outside tools and software have their own terms and prices, and we don't control them. Never send us your passwords. We don't need them for the Hot Spot Fix.

8. Who owns what

Your business information stays yours. Once your Hot Spot Fix is delivered, your Custom Fix is yours to use in your business, including sharing it with whoever builds it. Our methods, templates, this website, and the Claude Starter Kit stay ours. You may use the Starter Kit in your own business, but you may not sell it or give it away as your own product.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

We keep what you show us private and use it only to serve you. We may use general lessons from our work to get better, without your name or anything that identifies your business. We only use your name, logo or results in our marketing if you say yes in writing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

10. Emails

When you fill out a form, we may email you about your call, your plan, and our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in the email.

11. Text message terms

  • Program: HVAC AI Group texts. On our forms you can choose texts about your booking (confirmations, reminders and schedule changes), texts with tips and offers, or both. Each box is optional and starts unchecked.
  • Not required: you don't have to agree to texts to get a spot or to buy anything.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
  • Stop: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text to stop getting them. We'll send one last text to confirm.
  • Help: reply HELP to any text, or email ckemenesi.inbox@gmail.com.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number: if you change or give up the number you signed up with, reply STOP from it first or email us.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

12. The site as it is

Apart from the guarantee in section 5, we provide this site and our service "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including any promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

13. Limit on what we owe

To the fullest extent the law allows, the most we will owe you for any claim about this site or our service is the amount you paid us for the Hot Spot Fix. We are not responsible for lost profits or for indirect, special or follow-on damages.

14. If there's a problem

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems get fixed fast that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case about them will be heard in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. The terms in place when you paid apply to that purchase.
